DAY 1
Pick up from paro International Airport and transfer to Thimphu. On the way, we will stop for a photo at river confluence in chuzom. Chuzom is the junction for 4 districts in western Bhutan. Evening leisure time.Over night in Thimphu.
DAY 2
Early after breakfast, we will be visiting Giant Buddha Statue(169 ft. tall facing Thimphu Valley).National Memorial Stupa (Build in 1974 by our Queen mother for his late son,King Jigme Dorji Wangchuck. Then we will visit the Bhutan(living Museum of Bhutan,where you can experience Authentic Bhutanese culture and traditions, including the lifestyle in ancient times. After lunch, visit Takin Preserve Center, thangthong dewachen Nunnery(Institute for Nuns), We will see Thimphu Dzong,parliament House, Supreme Court then you can visit market in the evening Overnight in Thimphu.
DAY 3
After breakfast, we will drive to Punakha District. On the way, we will stop at Dochula Pass 3116 masl with 108 Stups where we can see Jigme Singay Wangchuck Himalayan ranges. Lunch in Punakha, visit Punakha Dzong 17th century old, Suspension Bridge 180 meters long over male river. Overnight in Punakha.
DAY 4
Drive to paro by dochula Pass. On the way to visit Tamcho monastery, we will stop by the river Bank in Paro Valley. Later afternoon, visit dumtse Lhakhang and National Museum, Nyme zampa (tradition Bhutanese cantilever bridge). Overnight in paro.
DAY 5
After breakfast, hike to Tiger Nest monastery founded in 8th century. Total 11 km,5.5 km up, and 5.5 km down. It is approximately 6 hrs hike for guests in general. Later, visit traditional hot stone bath. Over night in paro.
DAY 6
Transfer to paro international airport.
